Whether it is a larger entity or an individual Buyer, it makes no sense for us to bring you 20 people that may or may not buy your business. Our job is to bring you the one that will.

Also, Buyers in this market are sophisticated and will wonder why the business is under priced, which could result in suspicion or a lack of interest. On the other hand, however, if a business is overpriced, it will sit on the market for a long period of time, risking the confidentiality of the sale. When the time comes to reduce the price, Buyers will be apprehensive. Aside from these factors, when a business is not priced correctly, time is wasted and opportunities are lost.
