Broker Email: THardin@pgibusiness.com Thomas Hardin Jr. earned a Bachelors Degree in Arts, Media and Communications as well as a Broker’s License from the California Department of Real Estate. His prior experience ranges from working in the corporate world of the entertainment industry to working for the Los Angeles Unified School District. While working at HBO, Thomas assisted in high-level corporate negotiations and dealt with heavy duty contracts. In the International Distribution Department for New Line Cinema, he learned the ins and outs of international relations. For LAUSD, Thomas incorporated programs for low-income students and parents, and worked hands-on to improve their quality of education. Thomas first entered the business brokerage industry and immediately picked up an understanding of the business. He has assisted in the sale of all types of business, from large manufacturing companies to neighborhood coffee shops. Thomas teamed up with PGI because of his passion and desire for helping people achieve the American Dream of business ownership. Giving the opportunity of entrepreneurship is his goal. With his energy, love for people and the understanding of a variety of businesses, Thomas is a huge asset to our team and your new ventures.
Rupa Nath Rupa Nath has a Bachelors of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge. With business, production and executive experience in the entertainment industry, at such large companies such as CBS and Warner Brothers, as well as a familiarity and knowledge for the Public Relations and Non-Profit industries, Rupa has an ample array or knowledge and experience. In production, she learned excellent problem solving skills, quick thinking and the ability to think creatively. Fundraising for key non-profit agencies such as the American Red Cross, the American Cancer Society and the Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Rupa has raised thousands of dollars and put on high profile events. Corporate environments have given her the experience of business relations and the importance of relationships. Using these practices, Rupa ventured on to the world of business brokerage. For approximately one year, she practiced at a major brokerage, and assisted in the successful sale of over 20 businesses (over $8,500,000 in total sales), raising the standard for that particular office. At PGI, Rupa strives to provide the ultimate in quality service, provide for the present as well as the future for her clients, and help transfer businesses smoothly and effectively. Ragu Nath Ragu is originally from Tamil Nadu, South India. Upon arrival to the United States, he obtained his Masters Degree. He opened a profitable C.P.A. practice and sold it in 1990. This same year, he became a Business Broker. In 1994, he had a calling to join Rancho Santiago Community College District, in Santa Ana, as a Small Business Specialist for Orange County Small Business Development Center (funded by the SBA). Since then, Ragu has taught at several Universities and Community Colleges. Ragu joined Prestige Global Intermediaries in 2005 to help wonderful clients like you make the deals of a lifetime. His clients have fondly given him nicknames such as Mr. Deal Maker, Dr. Kissinger, Guru and Guardian Angel.
